Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience in managing and operating IT infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for planning, building, maintaining, and securing the company's network, security systems, devices, and internal IT tools to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Helpdesk

  • Experience working as an IT Helpdesk.
  • Plan and standardize configurations and IT equipment suitable for each employee.
  • Manage, issue, and retrieve IT assets (MacBook, iMac, PC, mobile phones, printers, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance of the helpdesk system and propose improvements.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
  • Operate and manage the Helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution of technical support requests.

2. Infrastructure & Systems

  • Manage, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including internal networks, VPNs, firewalls, servers, data encryption, and security systems.
  • Propose and implement technologies to optimize system performance and ensure service stability and continuity.
  • Support the deployment and management of internal tools such as email systems, collaboration software, and data management systems.
  • Work with IT vendors and service providers to ensure systems operate effectively.

3. Security & System Monitoring

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats to prevent security risks.
  • Advise and propose security strategies for devices and servers.
  • Build, implement, and maintain security policies, access control, and system monitoring.
  • Deploy and maintain system monitoring, data backup, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Continuously monitor IT system performance to ensure stability and reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience using and managing Mac devices (MacBook, iMac) in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Support.
  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure management, especially networking, VPN, firewalls, servers, and data security.
  • Solid understanding of security standards and system protection practices.
  • Priority given to candidates familiar with tools and technologies such as MikroTik routers, Linux, Zabbix, Inventory systems, etc.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
