IT Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT operations across our hospitality venues in Phú Quốc.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT operations and support.
• Maintain network infrastructure and systems.
• Support POS, PMS, and business applications.
• Manage hardware and software installations.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data protection.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain IT documentation.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of IT experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience supporting POS and PMS systems.
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
