Support users in IT.
Repair and operate office equipment.
Support other departments in using IT system.
Fix all errors of computer, printer, fax machine
Set up software used for department works as required, destroy viruses.
Support guests in Wi-Fi connection.
Repair network terminal equipment.
Check internet signal, telephone, broadcasting, camera and report the situation to IT Manager.
Perform other duties which are assigned by IT Manager.
Report working procedures to IT Manager after finishing or any troubles in handling works.
Perform other duties which are assigned by the Hotel Academy Management from time to time.

At least 2 - year experience working at relevant management. College/ university graduation in IT major.
Studied CCNA and MCSA.
