IT Specialist

Working Location: Dong Van II Industrial Zone, Duy Tien, Ha Nam (Ninh Binh)

Qualifications:

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, network systems, and end-user devices.

• Monitor, update, and maintain hardware, software, Office 365, and security systems.

• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot server, PC, software, and network issues.

• Support IT infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and system improvements.

• Ensure system availability and perform regular maintenance for IT equipment.

• Prepare and maintain IT documents, reports, and asset records.

• Enforce IT policies, security measures, and user guidelines.

• Handle IT-related purchase requests and administrative tasks.

Main requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of Server, Network, Virtualization, Windows OS, MS Office, and Office 365.

• Basic knowledge of Storage (SAN) and ITIL.

• Good problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a team environment.

• English good at reading and writing
