Job Description
- Collaborate with foreign vendors and end customers to conduct needs assessments, provide consulting, and design solutions (hardware infrastructure solutions and IT security solutions).
- Evaluate and develop solution approaches; proactively assess the strengths, weaknesses, advantages, and risks of proposed solutions.
- Engage with clients to survey requirements, present and design solutions, prepare quotations, and compile project documentation as needed.
- Participate in the management and deployment of assigned projects.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Automation, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of hardware system architecture and/or IT security. Proficiency in system administration (at least one OS platform), networking solutions, and security solutions is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience as a systems engineer. Sales or presales experience is an advantage.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication).
