Responsibilities
We are looking for an IT Software Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for pre-sales, post-sales, sales coordination, and customer care activities, ensuring a smooth and effective customer journey from initial contact to long-term partnership.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their pain points. Proactively seek out new opportunities through networking, cold calling, B2B platforms, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Client Presentations & Relationship Building: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of AGV's products and services. Develop lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Proposal & Quote Development: Collaborate with pre-sales teams (business analysts and technical experts) to analyze client requirements, estimate project scopes, and create winning proposals and quotes.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals that benefit both AGV and our clients.
- Resource Coordination: Partner with HR to ensure the availability of qualified staff for client projects.
- Financial & Project Management: Work closely with finance and project teams to track leads, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and payments.
Requirements
- Language: English
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in sales, ideally in the software or technology industry.
- Strong proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze client needs, solve problems creatively, and close deals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of software development processes and business domains.
- Experience in trade/consumer marketing or content marketing.
- Familiar with global and Vietnam markets.
