We are currently looking for multiple Part-Time IT Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale Mac deployment project for a global customer in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Project Overview
The customer is in the process of deploying:
- 304 MacBook Pro 14 (2024 M4 Pro)
- Magic Keyboard & Mouse (1 set per Mac)
- Poly Blackwire C3225 Headsets
- USB-C Multiport Adapters (locally sourced)
- Additional Lenovo laptops may be included
The objective is to deliver fully imaged, configured, tested, and user-ready devices for end users in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Image and configure new MacBook Pro devices using JAMF Pro
- Connect and test peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, adapters)
- Prepare devices to be fully user-ready (out-of-box experience)
- Perform basic validation and functional testing
- Follow deployment procedures, documentation, and schedules
- Coordinate with the central project team for status updates
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MacOS device setup and deployment
- Familiarity with JAMF Pro (enrollment, imaging, basic configuration)
- Basic IT support skills (hardware, peripherals, OS setup)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow standardized deployment processes
- Able to work onsite in Da Nang
- Good communication skills (Vietnamise is required and English is a plus)
