Job Description
- Provide ON-SITE technical support for IT devices, infra network, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and standard software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of IT equipment
- Respond to service tickets and incidents within defined SLAs
- Document issues, resolutions, and asset details in the ticketing system
- Obtain customer signoff on e-service reports and update ticketing system as required to close job
- Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for complex issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
- Provide basic end-user training and guidance when required
- Travel to multiple locations as per service requirements
- Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
Must have:
- Able to install, setup and configure IT devices and network equipments
- Have knowledge about hardware of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Be proactive, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent.
- Hardworking and ready to work in a pressure environment.
- Highly organized and self-learning attitude.
Preferred:
- 2 years experience in IT helpdesk
- Able to support overtime
- Good communication skills both verbal and writing
- English communication
