Position: IT Senior System Administrator (Vietnam Office)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Department: IT Back Office Division

1. What You'll Do
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers and environments.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Proactively maintain system availability, data integrity, and operational reliability across all platforms.
- Implement and manage security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard company data and systems.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT partners, and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, storage, and virtualization systems (e.g., VMware).
- Maintain and document IT configurations, updates, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the Group IT Manager.
2. What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar technical role.
- Professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, or LPI are a strong advantage.
Technical Expertise
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems (installation, configuration, and administration).
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), patch management, and system security.
- Proficiency in managing Office 365, email servers, antivirus software, backup systems, and printers.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and data backup/recovery solutions.
- Strong scripting and automation skills to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
