We are looking for a SecOps to support and manage our Identity and Access
Management (IAM) operations. This role will focus on user lifecycle management and access
governance, primarily through Okta and Active Directory, while also contributing to broader
security initiatives such as Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
coordination and workflow improvements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes including account creation, deletion, access updates, and account unlocks.
- Administer and maintain IAM platforms, mainly Okta and Active Directory (AD).
- Support access control reviews and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Review and follow up on VAPT results, track remediation actions, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Liaise with external vendors to manage and schedule VAPT activities across multiple projects.
- Participate in improving and refactoring security-related workflows, including JIRA workflow management.
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of IAM processes and security operations.
- Other tasks assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts and processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Okta and Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and security testing practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team and vendor collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience managing or configuring JIRA workflows.
