Job Description

Location: 228B Bach Dang, Ward 24, Binh Thanh District, HCM City.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, especially with overseas markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for targeted international markets.
  • Identify and approach new clients in the IT industry (U.S., U.K., Singapore, etc.) and promote software development services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and understanding their needs.
  • Propose and negotiate technology solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support during project delivery in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and essential sales documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling IT services or software development projects.
  • Experience working with international clients (U.S., Europe, Australia is a plus).
  • Knowledge of technologies such as:.NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile Apps, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand client requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Capable of creating proposals, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating project-related communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM, DMS, or enterprise-level SaaS products.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and outsourcing models.
