We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, especially with overseas markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for targeted international markets.
- Identify and approach new clients in the IT industry (U.S., U.K., Singapore, etc.) and promote software development services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and understanding their needs.
- Propose and negotiate technology solutions that align with client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support during project delivery in coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and essential sales documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling IT services or software development projects.
- Experience working with international clients (U.S., Europe, Australia is a plus).
- Knowledge of technologies such as:.NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile Apps, and other enterprise solutions.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Capable of creating proposals, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating project-related communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM, DMS, or enterprise-level SaaS products.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and outsourcing models.
