About the Role

We believe great recruiters are built through curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant Intern who is interested in building a long-term career in Recruitment and Human Resources. Whether you are studying Human Resources, Business, Languages, International Studies, or any other major, you are welcome to apply.

No prior recruitment experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to both Recruitment and Business Development activities. Our goal is to develop future Recruitment Consultants who can grow with us in the long term.

This is not an internship where you spend your days doing repetitive administrative work.

Instead, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn how professional headhunters identify and connect talents with career opportunities
  • Work directly with candidates and gain exposure to the IT job market
  • Develop research, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills
  • Support both Recruitment and Business Development activities
  • Learn from experienced consultants in a fast-paced and supportive environment
  • Build a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR, Recruitment, or Consulting

Requirements:

  • Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3+)
  • Available to work at least 4 days/week and commit for at least 6 months
  • Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources
  • Proficient in Excel and Canva
