We are hiring IT Recruitment Executive for a headhunt agency.
Title: IT Recruitment Executive
Location: District 1
Allowance (Intern): 8.000.000 -12.000.000 VND/month + Commissions (Free Lunch, Parking & Snacks)
Working type: Monday Friday
What you'll do:
- Receive hands-on training directly from the Recruitment Leader
- Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews in English
- Manage and update the candidate database
- Create engaging job postings and support interview scheduling
- Research market trends and salary data in the IT industry
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1+ YOE of IT Recruiter
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in usingApplication Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, networking, and social media.
- Fluent in English is a must
