Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (Headhunter) to join our talent acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT talent for our clients across a wide range of technical functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the IT landscape, and communicates confidently in English with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sale team to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for IT roles from middle-level and above.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and network outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate capabilities and cultural fit
- Manage candidate engagement, expectation setting, and offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information in the ATS
- Deliver regular recruitment progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in headhunting or agency sourcing
- Proven track record in recruiting mid-level and senior IT professionals
- Comfortable engaging with candidates and clients in English (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and market trends
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under tight timelines
