About This Role

The Operations Specialist (IT Purchasing Specialist) will act as a backup person to the Operations Manager to ensure operational processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.

What Youll Do

From the Operation Team&aposs perspective, we are using the ERP system to book all the transactions. NetSuite is the ERP system, and locally, we have Microsoft tools for order processing.

  • Assists the OM on the daily operational process on all Hardware business
  • Must be able to do vendor/distributor registrations if needed.
  • Ensure the DAF (Deal Approval Form) submitted by the AM (Account Managers) is checked and verified with the Customer PO (Purchase Order), along with approvals from the management team
  • Locally processing orders with proper training and guidance
  • Work closely with the Finance Team for billing instructions.
  • Weekly update to the Reporting Manager (OM) on all transactions processed and issues

Profile Requirements

  • Graduated with at least a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
  • Working experience with Hardware Products
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Knowledge in Net Suite will be an added advantage (ERP System)
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
