Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects or a portfolio of related projects, including digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand customer requirements and define product and service expectations.
• Initiate projects by defining objectives, project scope, resource requirements, and key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including implementation strategies, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Break down project deliverables into manageable work packages and define task priorities and execution plans.
• Recommend staffing requirements, including the number and competency level of team members required for each project phase.
• Monitor and control project schedules, deliverables, and overall quality to ensure successful project execution.
• Evaluate the performance of project team members and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure project activities comply with established organizational processes, standards, and governance requirements.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes related to schedule, resources, budget, project environment, and operational dependencies. Develop mitigation plans and corrective actions where necessary.
  
  

Financial & Vendor Management

• Manage project budgets, costs, and revenue to ensure financial performance aligns with project objectives.
• Coordinate and manage outsourced vendors to ensure deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and corporate processes.
  
  

Quality & Project Delivery

• Work closely with QA and QC teams to evaluate project processes and product quality.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and project acceptance with customers.
• Complete all project closure activities, including final documentation, knowledge transfer, and project handover.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management or software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• PMI-ACP certification or a minimum of 4 years of experience managing Agile projects.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies; Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user experience design.
• Strong understanding of the business domain and products under responsibility.
• Excellent planning, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to project success.
