Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
Participate in program design, development(C#, X++), and implementation
Utilize Power platform,UiPath, Excel functionalities, and AI-driven tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency, enhancing data processing and analysis capabilities
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
Perform testing and prepare documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering or related field
13 years of hands-on experience in software application support and maintenance, preferably gained in the Apparel / Garment industry (Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered)
Sound knowledge in Power platform,UiPath, Excel Macro, and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, or AI automation)
System development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) will be a definite advantage
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication and documentation
Good interpersonal and communication skills to be a team player
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of project delivery and ability to meet project timelines
