IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist

Your role purpose

Ensure comprehensive IT operations and infrastructure support scoped to Recover's Vietnam Hub by performing daily first and second level IT activities. Manage infrastructure maintenance and enhancement, IT equipment procurement, local vendor management, and systems administration, in alignment with Global IT strategies and procedures.

Your Essential Duties and Responsiblities

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Own uptime targets for network, servers, storage, and end-user computing needs
• Configure IT Equipment (Access Points, Core & Access Switch, Core Router, Printer, Access Control)
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WIFI, Telephone system, CCTV, PA system, etc.)
• Install LAN cable, PC, Software for end users
• Setup and maintain Local VMs on Window & Linux
• Perform first - and second - level Network & Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting before reaching out to the Vendor.

Network & Security

• Operate and harden firewalls (patch & policy deployments) and endpoint security; enforce access controls and least-privilege
• Keep network diagrams, asset inventory, and SOPs up to date.

ERP (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) Technical Support

• Support minor enhancements (e.g., Barcode Scanner, Zebra Printer setup), testing, and user training, manage change windows.

Projects & Vendor Management

• Manage the local external IT partners and vendors.

Competencies required

• Fluid verbal & written communication in Vietnamese and English
• Microsoft Admin: Windows 10&11, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune
• Networks & Security: Switching/routing, Firewall admin (preferred Palo Alto)
• DB/Backup: SQL fundamentals, backup/restore tooling, basics on Disaster Recovery
• Soft skills: Vendor/stakeholder management, documentation, training, an initiative-taking, owner mindset, proactive, eager to learn and a strong team player.

Work Experience required

• 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Exposure to an international organization having collaborated across time zones and with diverse cultures
• Track record of effectively delivering IT services, meeting stakeholder expectations.
