Role Description

We are seeking a full-time IT Network Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our team on-site at our Bnh Chun Production Area. The role involves ensuring the stability and efficiency of the organization's IT network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing network systems, monitoring network performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and optimization of the network. The IT Network Engineer will support the company's technology needs, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

IT Network Engineer (Infrastructure) analyses business needs for network, Wi-Fi, weak current, CCTV monitoring systems, and proposes and implements effective solutions.

  • Sort out the business and system architecture, including identifying required hardware and software resources;
  • Perform full operation and maintenance of computer room infrastructure, including site selection, power transformation, power supply and distribution, UPS, air conditioning, weak current, monitoring systems, etc.;
  • Plan, implement, follow-up and perform acceptance for the company's network, wireless network and weak current projects;
  • Design, implement and maintain highly fault-tolerant solutions for the company's important production systems;
  • Ensure data and network security.

Qualifications

  • University or college degree, major: Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field;
  • Over ayear ofexperience in infrastructure & network position,prefer relevant experience in manufacturing;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Shell scripting for automation;
  • Distributed system design and maintenance;
  • Experience with Cisco, Ruijie, Ruckus, WatchGuard, etc.;
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
