On behalf of our client, we are hiring anIT Manager to lead and optimize their technology infrastructure. Our client is afast-expanding organization operating in the medical laboratory testing sector , part of a global group renowned for molecular diagnostics and medical technology.
As theIT Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT ecosystem. The position will focus on managing core healthcare systems such asLIS, HIS, and ERP , overseeing IT operations, and supporting cross-functional teams in implementing technology solutions that enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the stability and efficiency of LIS (Laboratory Information System), HIS (Hospital Information System), and ERP systems.
Plan, implement, and supervise IT projects involving system integrations and infrastructure upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline healthcare operations through innovative technology solutions.
Lead the IT team to high performance while managing the IT budget and hardware/software assets.
Ensure robust data protection, IT security, and strict compliance with healthcare legal regulations.
Partner with technology vendors and the international headquarters on large-scale implementation projects.
Proactively handle IT risks and resolve major technical incidents effectively.
Requirements Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years in IT, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven hands-on experience with LIS, HIS, and ERP systems within a healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and general IT support.
Solid understanding of the healthcare industry; experience working within a Korean corporate culture is a significant plus.
