Key Responsibilities
Internal Application Development & Implementation
- Develop, implement, and manage internal systems such as CRM, Billing, BI/Data Warehouse, and internal workflow & automation platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Manage vendors and internal development teams responsible for business applications
System Operations & Administration
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security
- Manage application releases, upgrades, patches, and lifecycle
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms
- Optimize system operating costs
Data Management
- Manage data integration from multiple sources such as CRM, ERP, Finance, and Operations systems
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and BI reports
- Support data governance activities and ensure data quality
- Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Define and maintain the roadmap for internal application development
- Propose automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
Team Leadership & Development
- Coordinate IT projects related to business applications
- Ensure project timeline, budget, and quality are met
Experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT applications or enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience implementing CRM, Billing/ERP, or BI/Data Warehouse systems
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of system integration (API, ETL, middleware)
- Experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL)
- Understanding of BI architecture, security, and compliance
Soft Skills
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- 1h00 PM 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
