We are seeking an
Infrastructure Engineer responsible for server setup, infrastructure configuration, system access management, and performance monitoring. The role includes working with tools such as NewRelic, firewall configuration, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring stable system operations. This position requires solid English communication skills for collaboration and client interviews.
Job Responsibilities
Infrastructure & System Setup
- Set up, configure, and maintain server infrastructure (cloud or onpremise).
- Handle firewall (FW) configuration, access control, and system security settings.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and application behavior using tools such as NewRelic.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, access, and performance issues.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Conduct performance analysis to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Implement monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics tracking.
- Collaborate with development teams to address performance bottlenecks.
NicetoHave Contributions
- Support reporting tasks using SSRS.
- Assist with automation, scripting, or tooling using Python or JavaScript.
- Contribute ideas to improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
Job Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
- 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or related fields.
- Handson experience with server setup, infrastructure configuration, firewall management, access control, and performance monitoring.
- Practical knowledge of monitoring tools like NewRelic or similar platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot system performance and operational issues.
- Good to have:
- Experience with SSRS
- Basic scripting using Python or JavaScript

- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to participate in client interviews and professional interactions.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
