Job Description

Overview

The IT Infrastructure & Corporate IT Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operation of all corporate IT systems across be Group's offices.

The role focuses on identity & access management, O365 administration, network & Wi-Fi stability, endpoint management, and day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identity & Access Management

Manage Azure AD, O365 accounts, licensing, groups, and access permissions.

Maintain GSuite identity (limited scope).

Enforce MFA, conditional access rules, and basic access hygiene.

Ensure proper onboarding/offboarding of employees.

2. O365 & Collaboration Systems

Administer:

o Outlook / Exchange

o Teams

o SharePoint

o OneDrive

Troubleshoot user issues related to mail, file sharing, and collaboration tools.

Maintain SharePoint structures and permissions.

3. Corporate Network & WiFi Operations

Manage switching, routing, VLANs, and WiFi equipment across 3 sites.

Coordinate with vendors (Aruba/Cisco) for network maintenance and upgrades.

Monitor connectivity issues, bandwidth usage, and performance bottlenecks.

Maintain IPSec VPN between office sites.

4. Endpoint & Device Management

Manage laptops, desktops, accessories, and office equipment inventory.

Maintain endpoint security using Trend Micro (policies, alerts, remediation).

Ensure compliance with baseline configurations (updates, antivirus, encryption if available).

Handle hardware troubleshooting and repairs (vendor coordination).

5. IT Operations & Support

Provide day-to-day IT support for office staff (accounts, access, devices, software).

Support meeting rooms, projectors, printers, and office IT setups.

Handle ticketing through Jira or equivalent system (once implemented).

Create IT documentation (network maps, SOPs, access guidelines).

6. Office Infrastructure

Ensure stable IT operations in several offices.

Maintain internet lines and coordinate with ISPs for outage resolution.

Support physical network expansions, relocations, and re-cabling.

7. Compliance & Basic Security

Ensure access rights follow least privilege.

Maintain endpoint protection status across devices.

Support implementation of basic security controls (password policy, MFA, device registration).

Report suspicious IT activity to SRE/SecOps when needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years experience in corporate IT operations, helpdesk, or system administration.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD + O365.

Experience managing corporate WiFi, switches (Aruba/Cisco), VLANs, and VPN.

Good understanding of networks (TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS).

Experience with endpoint security tools (TrendMicro or similar).

Experience managing Windows + macOS devices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to support multiple sites.

Good communication skills (English is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with asset management workflows.

Experience coordinating with vendors (network, ISP, hardware).

Experience with SharePoint site structures.

Basic scripting for automation (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

Familiarity with IT documentation and change procedures.
