Position: IT Helpdesk (Junior)

What You'll Do
End-user Support
- Provide first-level technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support users with Microsoft Office 365, email setup, and account access issues.
IT Equipment Management
- Install and configure computers, operating systems, and applications.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Prepare IT equipment for new employees and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
Basic System & Network Support
- Assist the IT team in maintaining network connectivity, printers, and office systems.
- Support troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Senior/System Administrator.
Helpdesk & Documentation
- Record and track IT support requests through the helpdesk system.
- Provide timely responses and updates to users.
- Maintain documentation for common issues and solutions.
IT Operations Support
- Assist in routine system maintenance tasks when required.
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployment, and office IT setup.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong IT knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of:
- Windows 10 / Windows 11
- Microsoft Office 365
- Computer hardware and peripherals
- Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Active Directory (basic user account management is a plus)
