About the Role:

As part of our growing presence in Can Tho, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded IT Service team member to support day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals with a passion for technology and a strong sense of responsibility in user support and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for users: troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and maintain IT equipment (laptops, printers, conference systems, etc.) for employees and meetings
• Support user account management, software installation, and system updates
• Coordinate with the ITS team at HQ and other locations on system setup and issue resolution
• Assist in implementing IT policies and maintaining documentation
• Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or downtime to the ITS team
• Support internal communications for IT-related updates, guidelines, and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (internship experience is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• English proficiency required
