IT Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues to provide first level IT support for internal staff

• Operate and ensure the high availability and stability of IT infrastructure supporting internal systems

• Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, maintain inventory records, and coordinate periodic IT asset audits

• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical best practices, and troubleshooting solutions

• Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to internal departments

• Be eligible to participate in overseas projects (6–12 months)

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

• Demonstrated understanding of security operations and enterprise change management processes

• Good speaking and listening in English
