Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented IT Help Desk Engineer to join our IT team in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive technical support for daily operations and maintaining IT infrastructure across both office and workshop. The successful candidate will ensure high availability of ERP/MES systems, network stability, and terminal device functionality to guarantee uninterrupted production continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware & Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and CCTV/VCS systems to ensure all office and workshop IT systems are fully operational.
Network Maintenance: Ensure stable Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity across the facility and provide prompt troubleshooting for any network disruptions.
System Support: Provide technical administration for ERP, MES, and Email systems, including account creation, password resets, software installation, and OS troubleshooting.
Asset & Security Management: Enforce corporate IT security policies and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, inventory, distribution, and disposal).
Project Collaboration: Assist in cross-functional IT projects and collaborate with global/regional technical teams to resolve complex system issues.
Continuous Improvement: Complete mandatory training and stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance service efficiency.
