IT Data Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for MS Fabric, Power BI, RPA & AI management
2. Analyze program problems and hand-on troubleshooting
3. Gather business requirements and design a solution with Functional Teams
4. Develop and implement program objects
5. Provide training to functional users as needed

Requirements

1.Educational background:

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related discipline

2. Experiences:

• Handson experience in Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse/Databricks/Lakehouse equivalents) implementation & Operation for at least 25 years in data engineering/BI roles, Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Proven delivery of Power BI models/reports at scale (enterprise datasets, RLS, deployment pipelines, performance optimization).
• Data Modeling + DAX / Power Query (M) for BI Performance
• End-to-End Data Pipeline Skills in Fabric (Dataflows Gen2 / Lakehouse / Pipelines)
• Exposure to AIassisted analytics (Copilot for Power BI/Fabric, Azure OpenAI/ML integration) or Pythonbased analytics is preferred.
• Practical experience building RPA using Automation Anywhere, including connector usage, exception handling, and operations runbook.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions in manufacturing or enterprise environments.

3. Skills:

• Advanced Knowledge on java/jsp skills and basic knowledge on c#.net/vb.net /Kotlin/Python
• SQL & RDBMS Fundamentals for Data Analysis and Troubleshooting
• Either English or Korean communication skill in Professional working proficiency
• Written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with users and other developers
