IT Business Partner Manager

The IT Business Partner (Vietnam) acts as the primary contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring delivery and support of all IT solutions used in the country. Assure appropriate alignment of all IT organizations and business contacts in country. Represent the country for all operational discussions about the performance for IT services and projects

This role owns the end-to-end country IT view for Vietnam, including demand management, project portfolio oversight, financial transparency, and coordination of global IT initiatives at country level. The role is responsible for aligning local business strategy and operational needs with regional and global IT capabilities, ensuring that IT initiatives deliver measurable business value while complying with corporate governance, security, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the single point of accountability for IT topics at country level. Act as the trusted IT advisor for Vietnam business leadership and key functional stakeholders.

• Understand strategic priorities and translate business needs into structured IT demand and initiatives. Facilitate regular stakeholder touchpoints to ensure alignment, transparency, and feedback loops.

- IT Demand, Portfolio & Project Governance:

• Own and manage the Vietnam IT demand and project portfolio. Ensure all IT demands and initiatives are captured, governed, and prioritized in line with global processes.

• Ensure projects are monitored and delivered successfully within aligned timeframes

• Coordinate local activities for regional or global IT programs impacting Vietnam

- IT Financial Management

• Own the consolidated Vietnam IT financial view (budget, forecast, actuals). Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

• Act as the Vietnam IT finance counterpart to regional/global IT finance and governance teams

• Support business case development for IT investments

- Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure Vietnam IT activities comply with IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity, data protection, and quality requirements.

• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, controls, and remediation actions are in place. Coordinate with global IT and local stakeholders to implement mitigation actions.

• Identify and escalate IT-related risks impacting business continuity, regulatory compliance, or data security

- Operational Coordination & Escalation

• Monitor overall IT service performance at country level and ensure the availability and stability of critical business applications, coordinating with support teams to quickly address issues and minimize disruption to operations.

• Maintain a strong understanding of Fresenius Kabi business processes to ensure systems are used effectively, while continuously identifying and driving improvements in alignment with standards and procedures.

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of applications used in Vietnam (SAP, Expense Management, eContract, PowerApp and so on), by coordinating with business users and IT teams, ensuring solutions meet local requirements and are effectively adopted.

• Supports all internal customers and establish strong cooperation with other IT teams

• Supports business projects with IT involvement

• Local IT teams or external service providers

• Project, Portfolio, and Service Management teams

• IT service providers and technology vendors (as applicable)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Experience

• 7-10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in an IT Business Partner, IT Manager, or similar role

• Experience working in a matrix, regional, or global IT environment

• Strong exposure to IT governance, demand management, and financial management

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, medical devices) is a strong plus
