Responsibilities
- Taking the Business Analyst role in a project to liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
- Coordinating the BA team members in the project to achieve the project goal
- Supporting the Project Manager with project planning and estimating, status reporting, employee mentoring, performance management, development process and contribution to strategic direction
- User Stories Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft detailed user stories, particularly those requiring extensive integration and complex backend logic, to guide the development process.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Apply rigorous critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues, making data-driven decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner is required.
- Bachelor's degree required, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry.
- Prefer candidates with experience in digital banking product and service development projects.
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Strong in analyzing the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
- Capable to identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
