Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for an IT Business Analyst Lead in the Fintech domain. The IT Business Analyst Lead will lead a team of 23 Business Analysts, provide coaching and on-the-job training, and ensure consistent BA standards across projects. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and defining clear business requirements. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, producing high-quality documentation to improve business workflows, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
• Experience in gathering and defining Business Requirements and improving Business Processes
• Proficiency in Information Technology tools and systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Leadership skills and prior experience managing projects or teams
• Experience in the Fintech industry or financial services is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
