Job Description

Key Objectives

  • Work closely with the Product & Engineering team to ensure clear, comprehensive, and accurate documentation of requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
  • Drive the successful delivery of software features by aligning product vision and committed quality with technical execution throughout the software development cycle.
  • Continuously improve requirement or feedback gathering processes, standards, and tools for optimal team performance and stakeholders alignment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business needs from high-level, translating them into detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Collaborate with management team, engineers, and cross-functional teams to describe business process flows by creating BPMN diagrams, wireframes, and data models;
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure total alignment across Agile teams;
  • Validate delivered features meet the product requirements and business objectives
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and data-driven culture throughout all technical execution;
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 1 year of working experience as a IT Business Analyst or similar role;
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation (User Stories, BRD, FRS, Use Cases);
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and Agile environment;
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and wireframing.
