About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a keen understanding of IT systems. This role involves analyzing business requirements, creating comprehensive documentation, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our B2B sales solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business processes, needs, and requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure that IT systems align with business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new system features.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork.
Requirements
- Middle level with 2-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner role.
- Experience with B2C applications (E-commerce domain is a plus).
- Proficiency in written and reading English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
