Position: IT Business Analyst (Product)

Salary: $1,900 - $2,800 (Net)

Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, product teams, and

stakeholders to ensure the development of efficient, high-quality solutions. Your role involves

gathering and analyzing requirements, creating clear documentation, and supporting the product

development process to deliver impactful features.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD).

Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to prioritize and manage the product

backlog.

Support the team during the development cycle and ensure alignment with business

objectives.

Conduct UAT to ensure features meet the defined requirements before release.

Analyze post-launch performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in product development.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation.

Knowledge of backend systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs is a plus.

Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred

Experience in Martech, Fintech, or SaaS environments.
