Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze, and develop user requirements.
- Work with cross-functional technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements before transitioning to user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support users during UAT and provide training to end-users (if required).
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business processes, data flows, high-level user interfaces, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
- Track project progress and report updates to managers and stakeholders.
- Support users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Consult with business users to provide advice and support.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP systems or healthcare practices.
- English communication is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Logical thinking, agile, and open mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using tools for documentation, issue analysis, and timeline management.
- Extensive understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with project management tasks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
