Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in big projects belongs toFinance, Banking & Insurance.
Understand and documentbusiness processesandworkflowsand their relationships to current and future software solutions.
Collaborate with business users/stakeholders tounderstand business needsand translate them intotechnical requirements.
Conductrequirement gathering sessionswith clients to identify their needs and expectations.
Conductresearchandprovide analysisas needed to support Management in decision making.
Collaborate with PM, Technical leads, and other technical roles to designoptimal solutions.
Design application mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes.
Document project operations (User Stories, BRD, URD, SRS) and create user guide.
Create and performsystem tests.
Monitor deliverablesand ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Have knowledge in the fields ofInsurance, Finance, Banking, Enterprise.
4+ years of experiencein the same position or work experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance - Bankingor related fields.
Demonstrate organizational, analytical, as well as presentation and related skills.
Familiar withSQL languageanddatabase management.
Have experience working onlarge-scale web app.
Basic understanding oftechnology system interfacesanddata integration.
Knowledge ofBusiness Process Modelingusing decision tables/trees and data flows, etc.
Practical experiencegenerating process documentationandreports.
Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English..
Good time-management and communication skills.
Work independently, teamwork.
Flexible, dynamic attitude.
