IT Business Analyst (Fintech)

This is a full-time, on-site position for an IT Business Analyst in Hanoi. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating business processes, creating seamless workflows, collaborating with technical teams on solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation in the fintech domain.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide meaningful insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of Business Processes and Business Requirements management
• Understanding of Information Technology and its application to drive business solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
