Scope of work
- Plan and operate service enhancements and advancements
- Design service information architecture and UI screens
- Maintain high-quality service by effectively communicating with business departments and ensure their feedback is well-integrated into the service
- Continuously update and maintain service-related documentation
- Collaborate on projects and provide support to design and development team
Qualifications
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in product or service planning, or a related field
- Proficiency in English both writing and conversation or able to communicate in Korean
- Experience in planning and operating web service
- Ability to implement service plans with a strong focus on customer experience
- Enjoys learning and acquiring about new domain knowledge
Preference
- Proficient in using Figma effectively
- Strong collaboration skill with developers and various departments
- Excellent proposal and planning documentation skill
