Masan is building one budget controlling framework across subsidiaries — businesses that today plan, allocate and control budgets in three different ways. This starts from a blank page. If you've only ever delivered against a scope someone else defined, this isn't it.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery across subsidiaries — assess how each entity plans and controls its budget today, surface the gaps, and define the target model
- Run end-to-end business analysis across budget planning, allocation, tracking and control
- Shape scope where none exists yet: define what belongs in Phase 1 and make the call on what waits
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather, clarify and align requirements across entities that don't work the same way
- Own the business requirement documents and partner with the delivery team to make sure the solution matches the intent
What you bring
- 4+ years as an IT Business Analyst — ideally on budgeting, finance or ERP projects (SAP FI/CO, Oracle or equivalent)
- Solid grasp of finance & budgeting: planning, allocation, actuals tracking, cost control
- Experience taking a project from discovery to blueprint, not just executing a defined scope
- Hands-on experience implementing a budgeting/planning system is a strong plus
- Confident facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders who each run different processes
- Jira and Confluence proficiency is an advantage
Why this role
The framework you design will be used across three of Masan's largest businesses. You're not maintaining someone else's system — you're defining what gets built.
