Job Description

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Drive automation initiatives and support related IT projects.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and workflow automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure successful automation integration.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for automated processes. Ensure alignment with organizational IT strategy and compliance standards.
  • Monitor the performance of automation solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in business process automation technologies.
  • Contract term: from 6-month.


Requirements

  • English communication is a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent..
  • Experience using programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Excellent knowledge of RESTful API, Webhook integration
  • Experience with any Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms like Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about technology and its applications in business.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI are advantages.
