Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage user and access administration across key enterprise applications (including SAP and non‑SAP), ensuring proper approvals and alignment with internal policies.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize role/permission matrices for business departments, applying least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
  • Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation for access management, authorization, and governance (work instructions, role design documents, user guides, FAQs).
  • Coordinate and execute periodic access reviews (e.g. monthly/quarterly) with business and IT to clean up unnecessary roles and access.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by preparing access reports, logs, and evidence; follow up on audit findings and remediation actions.
  • Handle incidents and service requests related to authorization and access issues, ensuring SLA and good service quality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, business key users, and audit/compliance teams to implement access‑related changes and improvements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, System/Application Administration, Identity & Access Management, or Security Operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with user access management and role/permission management in enterprise applications.
  • Good understanding of access control concepts: RBAC, least privilege, SoD, access reviews, and audit evidence.
  • Experience working with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP / IBP authorization or identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, etc.) is a plus, not mandatory.
  • You are strong in documentation and process: able to write clear procedures, guidelines, and role descriptions.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • You are able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong sense of ownership and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken).
