Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing System Support / 制造系统支持
- Support MES, SAP and other manufacturing applications.
- Handle daily system troubleshooting and operation support.
- Ensure stable production system operation and data accuracy.
- 支持 MES、SAP 及其他制造系统应用。
- 负责日常系统问题分析与处理。
- 确保生产系统稳定运行及数据准确性。
2. Project Implementation / 项目实施
- Participate in system rollout, testing, go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and consultants.
- Track project progress, risks and issue resolution.
- 参与系统导入、测试、上线及稳定化工作。
- 协调 IT 团队、供应商及顾问公司。
- 跟踪项目进度、风险及问题处理。
3. User Communication / 用户沟通
- Act as bridge between factory users and Shanghai IT team.
- Collect user feedback and support system adoption.
- 作为工厂用户与上海 IT 团队之间的沟通桥梁。
- 收集用户反馈并推动系统落地应用。
4. Documentation & Governance / 文件与流程管理
- Maintain system operation documents and procedures.
- Follow IT governance and change management standards.
- 维护系统操作文件及流程。
- 遵守 IT 管理及变更流程规范。
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting MES, SAP or similar factory systems.
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and execution ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
- 本科及以上学历,IT 或相关专业。
- 5 年以上制造业相关 IT 工作经验。
- 有 MES、SAP 或类似工厂系统支持经验。
- 中文沟通流利,可对接中国团队。
- 具备较强的问题分析与执行能力。
- 良好的沟通及团队协作能力。
- 能适应快节奏工作环境。
