DYM Medical Center Vietnam operates three general clinics: DYM Medical Center Saigon (2020), DYM Medical Center Phu My Hung (2023), and DYM Medical Center Hanoi (2023).

We provide a wide range of medical services, including annual health check-ups for corporate and individual clients, outpatient care, vaccination, Japan Pre-entry Tuberculosis Screening and dental services.

Working place: B103, Mplaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

1. Key role & Responsibilities:

ISO System Development & Implementation (50%)

• Develop, review, and update ISO system documentation (policies, regulations, SOPs, procedures, and forms) in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with the line manager to propose implementation plans and support projects toward ISO certification.

Monitoring & Auditing (30%)

• Develop, review, and update ISO system documentation (policies, regulations, SOPs, procedures, and forms) in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with the line manager to propose implementation plans and support projects toward ISO certification.

Training & Awareness (10%)

• Develop, review, and update ISO system documentation (policies, regulations, SOPs, procedures, and forms) in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with the line manager to propose implementation plans and support projects toward ISO certification.

Other duties (10%)

2. Job Requirements:

• Education: Bechelor's degree or above.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in ISO implementation and/or management.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills (SOPs, policies, reports).
• Good presentation and cross-functional communication skills
• Proficient in English for presentations and document review.
