I. Job description:

- Guide, support, monitor, and control departments in implementing and maintaining ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

- Participate in developing, issuing, and updating procedures, work instructions, and forms to ensure that all operations are properly implemented, standardized, and effective.

- Manage, control, and maintain documents and records related to management systems, occupational health and safety (OHS), fire prevention and firefighting (FPP), and environmental management.

- Continuously update relevant legal regulations within the scope of responsibility, including Environmental Law, Chemical Law, and other applicable standards and regulatory changes.

- Inspect and monitor occupational health and safety and environmental protection activities, and provide recommendations and corrective action plans when necessary.

- Responsible for organizing and delivering training programs on occupational safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and periodic health check-ups for employees.

- Prepare and submit environmental and occupational health & safety reports in accordance with legal requirements.

- Monitor and coordinate periodic inspection and certification of machinery and equipment subject to strict safety requirements.

- Conduct daily factory inspections to ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements and 5S practices.

- Participate in environmental projects and initiatives to promote sustainable development and continuous improvement.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

II. Job requirements:

- Graduated from College or University, majoring in Industrial Management, Environmental Engineering, or related majors

- Have at least 02 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with 200+ employees (preferred).

- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation in Chemical/Ink manufacturing plants.

- Strong knowledge of Environmental Law, Chemical Law, and Occupational Safety & Hygiene Law.

- Good English (Read & prepare report)
