IQC Incoming Material Inspection Test Engineer

1. College degree or above, with three or more years of experience in the same position. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese.

2. Experience operating RoHS 2.0 analyzers and familiar with chemical composition knowledge.

3. Able to operate various measuring and analysis equipment, such as material composition analyzers (XRF/RoHS testers), precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.), and can perform product structure and appearance inspections; able to read drawings and evaluate tolerances and technical standards of electronic components.

4. Conduct quality inspection of incoming parts and raw materials according to technical standards and customer requirements.

5. Develop and maintain IQC inspection standards, sampling methods, and inspection instructions.

6. Conduct FAI (First Article Inspection) for new parts/new suppliers.

7. Record abnormal issues, classify non-conformance items (NG), and issue exception reports (NCR/8D).

8. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and suppliers to handle defective components.

9. Analyze quality data and propose improvements to reduce input errors.

10. Manage supplier quality evaluation and tracking (Supplier Performance) records, and prepare regular quality reports.

11. Participate in internal/external audits related to IQC.
