负责生产过程中的质量检查和审核,确保产品符合质量标准。
主要职责**
- 执行IPQA(生产过程质量保证)现场检查和审核,包括生产线巡检、过程控制点检查和产品抽样检验。
- 识别和记录生产过程中的质量问题、不符合项和潜在风险,并及时向上级汇报。
- 参与质量问题的根本原因分析,并协助制定纠正和预防措施。
- 确保生产过程符合SOP(标准操作程序)和相关质量管理体系要求。
- 协助生产部门实施质量改进计划,提高产品质量和生产效率。
- 维护和更新IPQA相关记录和报告。
- 参与新产品导入和工艺变更的质量评估。
- 完成上级交办的其他相关任务。
任职资格**
- 高中或同等学历以上,理工科专业优先。
- 1年以上制造行业IPQA或QA相关工作经验,有电子制造行业经验者优先。
- 熟悉质量管理体系(如ISO9001),了解IPQC/IPQA工作流程和方法。
- 具备良好的观察力、分析能力和解决问题的能力。
- 能够独立工作并承受一定工作压力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 基础的英语读写能力,能够理解英文SOP和报告。
- 熟练使用办公软件(Word, Excel等)。
