We are looking for a Technical / Product Specialist to support the IPC business, focusing on PC and industrial computing products and projects. The candidate will work closely with customers, factories, vendors, and internal teams to develop and deliver suitable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Solution Management
- Develop and manage product lines including IPC/Industrial PC, Edge AI, Smart City, and Industrial Automation solutions.
- Provide technical consultation, solution architecture, and product recommendations tailored to client requirements.
- Support product evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and specification clarifications.
2. Stakeholder & Factory Engagement
- Act as the primary technical contact working directly with customers, system integrators (SIs), OEMs, and manufacturing facilities to capture requirements.
- Collaborate with factories and vendors to manage product customization, configuration, pricing/quotation, sample preparation, and mass production.
3. End-to-End Project Execution
- Lead project execution from initial requirement gathering to delivery, coordinating closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) and external manufacturing partners.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, project proposals, datasheets, and commercial quotations.
4. Business Growth & Opportunity Identification
- Identify emerging market opportunities and support business development targeting SIs, OEMs, and industrial accounts.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in IPC (Industrial PC), Industrial Automation, AI, or IT/Enterprise Solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of computer hardware architecture, AI concepts, and industrial tech solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Strong ability to understand client needs and provide technical consultation/troubleshooting.
- Language Skills: Proficient in business English (both written and spoken).
Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, strong business development drive, and excellent project follow-through skills.
