Conducting research on IP-related legal issues and regulations.
Drafting and preparing legal arguments, comments, and analyses; and
Translating documents into English or Vietnamese and vice versa.
Requirements:
GeneralRequirement
Third- and last-year law students.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas.
Highly motivated, quick learner with close attention to detail;
Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills;
Ability to handle pressure and sensitive matters; and
Thorough competency with relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new applications.
Technical
Strong understanding of Vietnam's legal framework;
Knowledge of Vietnam's regulations and enforcement environment concerning the relevant practice areas; and
Knowledge of or experience with new technologies and trends (e.g., artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital assets and virtual/augmented reality), and IP prosecution and/or enforcement is a plus.
