IoT Manager

As an IoT Manager, you will take critical role in coordinating with the IoT team in HQ to build and develop IoT applications and its eco system in Vietnam Market. Be responsible for:

1. Connected Device Ecosystem & Operation Management: Lead the establishment and operation of the connected device implementation system in the local market. Collaborate closely with overseas HQ and the Haismart platform team to integrate local product management and related platforms, optimize end-to-end Haismart business processes, and standardize the lifecycle service system for premium connected devices to deliver the best possible user experience.

2. Haismart Value Communication & Market Penetration: Build and drive the Haismart full-domain value communication system. Lead Product Management and Trade Marketing teams to standardize WIFI product shopfloor displays, offline POS materials, and the implementation of WIFI product sets and smart solution scenarios to ensure full promotion coverage of connected devices. In alignment with HQ strategy, collaborate with Product Lines and Marketing teams to define localized USPs for WIFI products, APP features, and smart solutions, while executing local digital campaigns to maximize Haismart brand awareness and user recognition.

3. Training & User Engagement System: Establish a comprehensive training and demonstration system to achieve seamless communication with users. Work closely with the Sell-out team to conduct promoter training, ensuring smart product features and user value are clearly communicated to customers. Coordinate after-sales training programs to ensure all on-site engineers are fully trained and capable of directly engaging with users, driving higher product activation and user binding rates.

4. Localized User Experience & APP Optimization: Build localized user value to make users 100% active, create a good user experience, and on the basis of internationalization, understand local user demands, iterate and upgrade the APP, so that users can have an international APP while enjoying a seamless localized experience.

5. After-sales Issue Management & Closed-loop Operation: Establish a closed-loop system for after-sales issues, ensuring a 24-hour response to users current problems and a 48-hour closed loop. Handle user demands in a timely manner in sync with the product platform, track the progress, and promote the closed loop.

6. Eco-system Partnership Development: Seek local Eco partnership, connect Eco hardware and improve scenario solutions, and then work with local Built-in designing party to implement Haismart set WIFI products and scenario solutions to contribute more sales. also need to introduce and share localized Eco applications, serve users convenient life, establish a localized Eco cooperation mechanism, drive local ecological cooperation, and build the brand's long-term ability.

7.IoT Compliance & Data Security Management: Implement and enforce relevant national standards, norms and security requirements for the IoT to ensure that WIFI products are legal and compliant in terms of local protocol interface data security and other aspects.

Qualifications

• University graduated with relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of experience with IoT in home appliances,APP system and internet product user research
• Business insight
• Fluent in English or Chinese
• Good interpersonal communication skills and be able to interact with senior management confidently
