We are looking for a passionate iOS Engineer to join our innovative team in Vietnam. In this role, you will design, develop, and test highquality iOS applications across both simulators and real devices. Working in an Agile, multinational environment, you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver modern and impactful mobile solutions.
You will take full ownership of endtoend feature delivery, from technical design and implementation to release and performance optimization. Your contributions will directly improve code quality, reliability and application performance.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex features using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit with MVVM or The Composable Architecture (TCA)
- Integrate APIs, authentication, caching and offlinefirst strategies
- Drive unit, snapshot and UI automation testing; uphold CI quality gates
- Use Instruments for profiling (time, allocations, leaks, energy) and optimize performance
- Maintain app modularity using Swift Package Manager; enforce code and architectural standards
- Coordinate with Design, Product and Backend teams on scope and tradeoffs; lead small delivery tracks
- Contribute to App Store release notes, phased rollouts and monitor postrelease metrics
Requirements
- Expertlevel proficiency in advanced Swift, including value and reference semantics, generics, async/await and modern concurrency patterns, supported by a strong foundation in Combine or async sequences and testable architectural design
- Deep understanding of secure application development, including Keychain, App Transport Security, secure data handling and industrystandard mobile security best practices
- Strong experience building dependencyinjected, modular and fully testable iOS components, supporting unit, snapshot and UI automation coverage
- Proficiency in implementing complex app capabilities, such as Push Notifications, Background Tasks and Deep Link routing to create seamless, cohesive user experiences.
- Handson expertise in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, using Fastlane, TestFlight, and GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to automate build, testing and release workflows
- Demonstrated ability to drive engineering quality through measurable outcomes, including reducing cycle time, improving crashfree sessions, lowering defectescape rates and optimizing performance KPIs such as startup time, memory usage and feature adoption
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
